 متى سأستلم طلبي؟

يعتمد وقت التوصيل على شركة الشحن المختارة والمندوب المسؤول عن التسليم. نحن نتعامل مع شبكة من مندوبي التوصيل في عدد من المدن الكبرى، ويستغرق التوصيل عادة من يوم إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

 هل يتوفر التوصيل خارج البلد؟

حالياً، خدمات الشحن المتاحة تغطي المدن المحلية فقط المحددة في صفحة التوصيل. ومع ذلك، إذا كنت ترغب بالتوصيل الدولي، يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر واتساب وسنقوم بحساب وزن المنتج وتكاليف الشحن الدولية من خلال وكلاء خارجيين غير مدرجين في المتجر حالياً.

 ماذا لو وصلني منتج به عيب مصنعي؟

في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، يُرجى أولاً الرجوع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال. إذا تم الاتفاق على إعادة المنتج، فإن تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع يتحملها العميل، بينما سعر المنتج يُعاد بالكامل وفقاً للشروط المذكورة في سياسة الاسترجاع.

 هل يوجد خصم عند طلب كميات كبيرة؟

نعم! يوفر المتجر خصومات على الطلبات الكبيرة. يمكن أن تصل نسبة الخصم إلى 10%-20% على بعض المنتجات حسب الكمية. فقط تواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا لمعرفة التفاصيل والحصول على عرض خاص.

 When Will I Receive My Order?

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping company and delivery agent. We work with a network of couriers in major cities. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

 Is International Shipping Available?

Currently, our contracted shipping providers deliver only within the country and to selected cities listed on the Shipping Info page.
If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us via WhatsApp. We’ll calculate the product weight and international shipping costs through external agents not listed on the store.

 What If My Product Has a Manufacturing Defect?

If there’s a manufacturing defect, please review our Return & Exchange Policy. If the return is approved, shipping and return fees are paid by the customer, while the product value will be refunded as per the policy.

 Can I Get a Discount for Bulk Orders?
