سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحرص في متجرنا على رضا عملائنا، ونضمن لهم حق الاسترجاع والاستبدال وفق الشروط التالية
يحق للعميل استبدال أو استرجاع أي منتج تم شراؤه من المتجر، وفقًا للشروط الموضحة أدناه.
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، ومغلفًا بالتغليف الأصلي.
مدة الاسترجاع: خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
مدة الاستبدال: خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو تلف أو اختلاف عن الوصف المعروض بالموقع، يتم استبداله مجانًا أو استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا.
في حالة عدم وجود أي عيب، ورغبة العميل في الإرجاع لأي سبب آخر، يتم خصم 30٪ أو 5 دولار كحد أدنى من قيمة الطلب مقابل رسوم المعالجة.
لإتمام عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو الأرقام المرفقة، مع إرسال صورة للمنتج، وذكر المدينة، العنوان، ورقم الطلب.
لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي توقعات من العميل بشأن استخدام المنتج إذا لم يتم ذكرها بوضوح في وصف المنتج داخل الموقع.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value our customers and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You are entitled to return or exchange any product purchased from our store under the following conditions:

• Products may be returned or exchanged as long as the terms outlined below are met.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return period: Within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange period: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
• If the product has no issues but the customer simply no longer wants it, a 30% fee or a minimum of 25 AED will be deducted as a processing charge.
• To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers. Kindly provide a photo of the product, your city, address, and order number.
• We are not responsible for any personal expectations about product usage not clearly stated in the product description on our .website
